In the basement, you can find fish shops, the ground floor you can find meat and fruits, and in the first floor you can find all the tourist articles a tourist can dream of; pictures, chess tables, postcards, bags, t-shirts, glasses, cards… everything! This place is normally not so popular among people under 40 years, but feel free to try! If you are hungry, try the restaurant on the first floor, just above the main entrance.
It is worth noticing that while most tourists quickly go to the first floor, the real fun can be found on the ground floor. This is where you can buy some of the cheapest fruits, vegetables, and meats in Budapest, and here you can buy everything from testicles to chicken heads, the stomach of the cow and lots of other special things that many Hungarians still like to use as they cook in their homes. But you do not need to worry, because normally these ingredients are not used as you go out to eat at a normal and traditional restaurant in Budapest.
