The British coffee company Costa Coffee marketing Italian-style coffee all over Europe is established at several places in Budapest. In their caffees you can enjoy coffee served around the world in different Costa Coffee restaurants. Things change fast in this business and Costa Coffee has already closed down their cafe in Nador Utca, but have opened another one in Andrassy Avenue instead.

Prices are far too high compared to the slow service, dirty tables and incompetent staff. Surely the 400 forint/bottle plain Hungarian mineral water is not Fairtrade! … or is it? 🙂
I wish they spent as much effort on training their staff as they do bragging about them.
I think you went on a bad day..I can honestly say I have received excellent service..
I’m working in the one of the Costa coffee in London. I like it, but I think in Hungary they haven’t get used to the busy, so it is a shame to hear these…

400 Forint for a bottle of mineral water in a coffe shop is far from being pricy…
