Stand Bistro is a quite new restaurant in Budapest, opened spring 2009. The chef is the famous Viktor Segal, known to be one of the very best chefs in Budapest. During lunchtime this is the place to grab a cheap lunch and the prices are not high in the evenings either. From time to time Stand Bistro arranges special dinners where Viktor Segal makes something extraordinary.
